Who has ordered from iON Performance? The mods and admins are going to conduct an investigation of sorts and I need to get member names of customers. I don't need any personal information, all I need is:

1) Member Name
2) Products Ordered
3) Order Date (If possible)
3) Received? (If not, skip to 5)
4) Received Date?
5) What has iON given you as an ETA for your product?
6) How have you tried contacting them?

I dont know exact date ordered but I recieved both with two weeks. They shipped out the next day. The reason why mine shipped so fast is because I contacted Ion before purchase to make sure they had some in stock. I contacted Ion through email, and also phone in which for me was quite fast. Im not sure why I had better luck than everyone else, but I figured I would fill you in with my experience.

4) Springs were shipped to my office in two packages. DHL attempted delivery on 11/28/2003, but my office was closed due to Thanksgiving Holiday. Delivery was made 12/03/2003. DHL shipping invoice recognized 2 packages, but only delivered one. A trace was made both in the States (Chicago) and in Canada. DHL admitted to losing the second package. iON ordered a second set of springs to be fabricated with its next group order for the following spring/summer. Second set rec'd. 7/03/2004.

No, I think the idea for the mods to be able to determine how many happy vs. unhappy customers Ion has had. As t3ase said...

3) Order Date (If possible) - Winter 03 Not sure what date. Put down $500 deposit awaiting a potential GB where way over ten people said they would buy and of course all but three flaked out. Finally decided to forget about the GB and Jack still gave me the GB price anyhow.

I have a had a very good experience, due to great communication and given a roughly close ETA.
