I just had a broken radio and i went to the dealer and they told me that the radio is in back order and i need to wait for at least 2 months what should i do??? any suggestions???

Whats wrong exactly. Mine would not flip close and the screen would not light up. I replaced the ribbon cable and the problem was solved.

well mine do nothing and they checked and they todl me that is broken and i need a new one but i dunno . ok mine flip, sometimes but i doesn't work

sup,

i've replaced my radio twice already...and three of my msp friends have replaced theirs a couple of times too...it's just one of those things...i say go ahead and let em take care of it...or if you have the money, just get a new radio all together because it WILL keep messin up.

Same thing happened to me i took it into the dealer he said same thing. i said ok. 2 weeks later i have a new cd player. Sit it out have the dealer order you a new one, and just sing to urself in the mean time.

That is what I heard too. But it only took 2 weeks for mine to be replaced. Although now the bezel squeeks like crazy.

Mine just did the stupid flip thingy, so I brought it in to the dealer. They said the same thing I had to wait for like three weeks. So I just re-set it and it has worked fine since...

I'm on the 6th. radio within 12k miles. Of course this spring I'll be on the third motor too.

ok guys good news i change the radio to a new Pioneer DEH-P8OMP MOSFET 60Wx4 Looks really nice on the car . Still have the one that the dealer is going to give me so if somebody is interested post me.

How are you going to get the radio with a new HU? You can't just hand them the old HU and exchange it. They'll want to do the install.

i know im going to put back the broken one when they installed the one they're going to give me.
