GI: Kartboy Short Shifter/Bushings/Knobs

It's been a while since I've done one of these, but I was thinking about ordering another set of Short Shifters, Bushings and Knobs from Kartboy. I still have to contact Mark at Kartboy, but I want to make sure the market is still there before ordering.
Kartboy does not ship to Canada, but I will be more than willing to. I don't like that they neglect our neighbors to the north, or around the globe. I will ship worldwide, if you need an international order, please let me know and I will quote you.

ok im still pretty new to all this stuff but what kind of improvements do the bushings give a shifter


they make a much more precise shift. it gets rid of the play in the lever. very nice improvement.

I got a response from Tom at Kartboy, he informed me that Mark is no longer with the company, so the terms may change slightly. I have contacted the new wholesalers and will let you know the outcome.

do i need them to customize the thread for the knob or anyting like that? ...btw boomer. how does ur vis evo hood fit.? mines like 80% good. gaps on sides are a lil big, lil bubbles + fitment is off towards the windshild (dips down)

The kartboy SS has the same thread pattern as the stock shifters..

As far as my hood goes,
I would say it fits 98%. The hood quality is great, The side vents should be filled in or colored so they are not white.
Other than that I love the hood.

for everyone that wanted a shifter/knob combo with bushings, there is a GB going on in the GB forum right now for a megan racing (jspec) shifter, and it comes with a ball style shift knob, and you can get the kartboy bushings with it, CHEAP to, so dont lose hope :D...

Another option for Canadians is to buy them from Corksport who does ship to Canada. Their website lists them for $24 US. Check it out.
