THE TOOTH

Besides using the really bad FM Transmitter, is there a way to connect an IPod to the Bose 6CD head unit? I don't have a tape player or anything in it. Are there inputs in the back of the unit, that I can get to? Also, I'm sure this has been talked about, but while I'm on the subject, how do you take off the front panel to get behind the unit?
Thanks...!!
It's not what you're asking about, but I just got a new Kensington FM Transmitter/Charger, and it's been pretty good so far. I have an '03 Mazda6 with the radio antenna integrated into the rear windshield, so the unit works better plugged into the auxiliary cigarette lighter (since it's further back, and receiving less interferance from the rest of the car's electronics). The transmitter only broadcasts over 88.1 - 88.7 & 107.1 - 107.7, but it's been fine for me... even though I live in Philly. I set the iPod EQ to trebble reducer and the car EQ trebble up a little bit to compensate.
