Mazdaspeed 6 rims! Like or not?

What do you guys think of the rims for the Mazdapeed 6. Personally I think they are ugly as hell. If I were to have waited, I would have new rims the day before I got the car, so I could change them right away.. Just my opinion. What are yours???

considering the sweet MSP AND MSMiata rims...I'm wondering if Mazda will change them as I'm sure they are getting really bad feedback from potential buyers. Even if they release the car with those rims, it's possible they might switch things up shortly after.

They should have kept with the prototype car's rims (the ones of the spyshots)...it just used the rx8 wheels which are vastly superior in every aspect to the MPS 6's. Not only were they an inch wider, but the rubber was wider to boot...exactly what the MPS 6 needs.

I've never been a fan of 6+ spoke wheels. Give me 5 or 6 spokes and I'm happy.

i like those rims on the beemer that u posted before...i agree that 5 and 6 spokes are the limit...anything beyond that looks kinda...tacky, weaksauce, pos lol personally i would go with a black-coat, 5 double spoke rims

Can't say they do anything for me, but I don't hate them. Mazda coulda done a lot worse, but they coulda done a lot better as well. My overal opinion on the rims is a thunderous 'Meh'

every time i see a pic of the MS6, starting with the first mps concept, I have liked it less and less. That trend continued when I got my new SCC magazine (which interestingly enough doesnt even mention the MS6 review on the cover. HAH! msp got "Mazdaspeed protege, full test, full wood!"). I am shocked and waiting for it to stop looking worse. I have always liked mazdas styling but the ms6 is soo blaaaaah

yea, I havent read it yet, but I believe they test it on a track in japan. Not their personal got-sent-a-car-and-beat-on-it-for-a-few-days thing yet, but just a mazda day where they let them drive it around a track I think.
