Strange Noise

Just noticed that after a hard drive ther seems to be an odd sound from under the hood while idling. Other than the tick of the valve train I hear something that sounds like a piece of metal bouncing around. Cars still stock with 14K on it. Anyone heard this or know what it is?

I think that's just a characteristic of the fs-de... I've had that noise for a while and my car runs fine.

mines been running fine too....the noise just kinda worried me
I usually sit in the car and let it cool down so it may have always done this and I just never noticed until I happened to get out. As long as its not a sign of pending disaster it doesnt bother me

the fs-de seems to have its fair shair of "characteristics"...does it sound like it's coming from the heat shield?

Sometimes when my car is warm at idle I hear a noise. I push my clutch in and put the car in gear and it goes away. I put it in neutral and release the clutch and it's back. Only hear it every once and a while.
