exhuast leak???

I know i have an exhuast leak between the turbo and downpipe. my question is could this cause me to lose alot of boost. a week ago it was spoolin 15 lbs and now it sounds like the leak is a little worse and getting 5 lbs.

I don't think a leak between the turbo and downpipe would cause a loss of pressure. The exhaust gases have already gone through the turbine by then... something else must be up.
