Funny Smell

I think I smell something in my car sometimes, seems to be more noticible when idling at a stop. My nose is not too good at picking out scents, but smells like rubber is being slow roasted, and it ain't my tires. Anyone know what I'm talking about? (eyeballs)

Well of course it is, but this is a different smell. I know because I never leave home without my trusty buttplug.

Maybe I named this thread wrong. This smell is not funny, it is as serious as a big nosed clown... that has cancer...and is simulatneously on fire and having a heart attack.

I'm thinking this smell is more coming from my engine, and that it might be some sort of bad sign for me.

check your hoses and shit? coolant hose? id ont know i dont have any burning rubber smells.

I get kinda like a burning oil smell, but there aren't any leaks. I'm gonna replace the PCV valve an hope that fixes it. Mine I noitce when accelerating from a stop.

Yep, I know that smell. It's your electrical fluid. Make sure you haven't over-filled the fuse-block resevoir.
