Emergency brake light keeps coming on

Sometimes when I stop and the emergency brake light keeps coming on and the brake is down. It really just started happening when it got cold down here, any reason for this or is anyone else having this problem?

I had that problem before, I was just low on brake fluid.

There is a reason why your brake fluid is low. Maybe time for a brake inspection?

I have a similiar problem with mine, but both the ABS and brake light are on almost all the time:(

brake fluid is fine, gonna take it in next week
