I have a set on the way, but if possible would like a HAIR more drop. I know it's not the preferred thing to do, but would cutting one dead coil off of each spring really be so bad??
Anyone tried this?? Feedback??
Thanks

Cutting springs is bad. The RB springs will drop more than you think. it ends up being just slightly lower than an MP3. If I were you I'd put em on, check the drop and if I wasn't satisified I'd get either adj. coilovers or a set of Eibachs.

Now that these springs have arrived, I can say tis really isn't an option.
Not exactly any "dead" coils like I've seen on other honda/acura, etc aftermarket springs.

put them on and see if you like the way it looks and feels. If your not happy, then remove them and sell them.
I have the eibach springs and wish the fronts were a half inch lower.
I installed a set of RB springs over the weekend, and I can tell you that I'm not 100% satisfied. The rear dropped about 1" 1/4 while the fron only dropped 1/4":wtf:
The handling has really improved, but the look of the car is horrible. I'm seriously thinking about cutting one coil to make the car even front and rear.
I have a set of RB springs for sale if anyone is interested?
$100 plus shipping.
