I see the fitment guide for 17" and 18" rims at 7" and 7.5" But I was looking at the Axis spider and they are 18" x 8"... What offset do they need to be in order to fit? I will have my car lowered as well.

8" wide wheel won't fit on an MSP. Of course, there are always exceptions (I've seen 18x8s on a local MP3), but I wouldn't recommend it.

it can work, but you'd have to have a custom made (or altered) offset and conservative tires. why bother.... 8" wheel is a stretch, and additional rotating mass with out the larger tire benefit due to the conservative tire required to keep from rubbing.

Thanks for the help it does seem like a lot of trouble (but the rims looks so nice)......I guess I'll have to find something else.

i did a 19x8 on a masdaspeed with a et of 45 an it worked fine and the car was dropped like 2 inches, it rubbed a little in the back cuz he went with 225 35 19 instead of 215 which he should of.
