Ok for all of you that have Tein SS set up i've followed the instructions to a "T" and i get a poping sound when i turn the wheel aggressively, and corner hard with a speed of 35-45 mph (guestimate not sure never really look). Now when i first installed it any time i hit a bump and the front end would compress it would make a pop sound, now i figured out it was the stock peice that covers over the strut to protect it from allowing dirt to go down in and screw everything up, well i had to cut some of that off and it stopped. but now i get this pop when i turn hard. The other issue i get is what sounds like a vibration sound in the rear as if a mount was lose or something of that nature; however everything was tightened down by a air gun, and by hand. So please someone assist me i'm so lost hit me up please.

Thanks,

i dunno if you reuse the stock washer that goes on the very top of everything, in the rear, but if you do, make sure that it is sitting under the nut so that it is cupped, concave. If its flipped over, it will make some wicked sounds while driving.

yeah, the upper washer right under the nut thats tightend down, and I imagine it could happen on the fronts too, but I only had a problem with the rears.

Did you use the cover that helps the struts stay clean or not use it?

i think so, but this was with the stock msp struts, with sportline springs. Im not sure if there are clearance differences
