I recently pickup up some rear rotors for the MSP. Got them for $51.00 a piece from http://www.trussvillemazda.com .
List was about $70 and they have a deal with no shipping charges until X-mas on UPS ground.
I picked up '99 626 v6 rotors for the front from www.rockauto.com (http://www.rockauto.com) Raybestos PG Plus rotors were $17 a piece.
Now onto the Carbotech Bobcat pads...
Maybe someone could find the rears cheaper, but that was the best I could find.
