autoweek has an article on the MZSPD6 this week... It quotes ~400lbs over a Std Mazda6.. All that turbo stuff, PLUS the AWD system adds up to a lot of weight..
FYI; link..

turbo couldn't have add that much unless they dug up some old non ball bearing t3.

the heavier the better for snow driving as long as you got some winter rubber

Yeah just attach a plow to the front and make everyone in the town happy! (cool)
get razzi to make a snow plow kit just like the one they made for the dodge neon ;)
Be like the jaguar comercial have a EVO and WRX folowing behind it with passengers saying "Stay in his tracks" (poke)

lol, but seriously the heavier the better when in snow driving conditions as long as you got winter rubber.

nope came with the stock michelins that I might wear them to bits in 1 day in summer. P.S. they are awesome tires for drifting :D

Whats up with the top mount, can someone say HEAT SOAK! And only a 50 hp
gain at 1 bar, Mazda needs to get with the program.

50hp gain over the 3L, but over a 110 hp increase over the 2.3L. With only a few extra hundred pounds added to it (500lbs.+ not bad at all)
We'll see on he streets and the tracks if it is as horrible as we say ;)
