anyone know the cost of stock motor mounts? mine are pretty bad, i can feel a crack in one, and my motor torques like crazy inside the bay just from light revving in neutral. also when the car is off, and in gear, and i push it back and forth the motor moves a great deal. it really blows.

Side mounts? rear mount? Front mount? If it's the rear, PM me.

i'm pretty sure it's not just one of them, gotta check it out today but definately the one passenger side of the car (the side of the motor without the tranny). i though aftermarket motor mounts only inserted into the stock ones? anyway i'm looking to sell the msp (unfortunately) so i think the stock's will have to do...

The dealer charges you about 120-135 for each of them.

There's a GB for front and back AWR motor mounts for $128 from protege5online.com...slots still open..

Which mounts would you recommend for my MSP manual mounts or Auto mounts. Or does it matter?

manuals r stiffest, but the auto r still STIFFER than the stock mount

the best setup i heard of is MT front and AT Rear, which is also what i have on my car, but the rear WILL make your cabin vibrate, a lot when brand new, and a little less after the broken in period

As far as I know they dont make an aftermarket one. So I would say a junk yard is going to be your best bet. I would also try and do a search I saw that someone recently totaled thier mp3 maybe you can get theirs.
