What was their reason for making you pay for TSB work?

You're out of warranty already? These are not a wear item like a clutch or brakes.
Go see another dealer.

We don't replace things just because. If they make noise, then we will replace them with needed parts. Just because you want them replaced now, does'nt mean its gonna happen.

ya, it would be quite counterproductive for any company to just replace parts because a person wants it replaced, with that attitude you could rack up 30K miles on your car, then go ask for a new engine under warranty for no reason... now if the part is actually faulty, THEN they are being assholes...
good luck whatever the case, it appears mazdaUS is being pretty tight assed about warranty's lately

No they are being retarded.... I definately have the clunk again...They say they dont hear it because they are complete assholes!!!!!!!! No I have a 7 year 100,000 mile warrenty on my car and this is the first time they are being stupid!! They did however agree to replade the front bushings because the crunch noise is blantantly obvious so I guess I wont bitch! If worse comes to worse Ill install the rear bushings myself its not that hard, it just seems to me they dont want to do the work!

I had assumed they were clunking. Yes, if they are not, I wouldn't expect them to be replaced.
Mine currently are clunking like crazy. I have to get to the dealer, but its such a PITA and they don't exactly put their best man on it. The last set of bushings was put on by a guy that looked like he was on prison work release.

I just got my car back today. The dealership has had it the past 3 days. Apparently several months back, when their tech installed the upgraded bushings on my car to fix the clunk, he stripped out one of the bolt holes and decided not to share that info. Fast forward to last week, and the MSP was making more noises going over bumps and down the road than any farm truck I have ever been in. They had to replace the crossmember that the bushings bolt to. I wish I could pick and choose who actually worked on my car when it was there...

Its such a pain to get this done. I'm going to go buy a set tomorrow and do it myself, otherwise i have to take a ton of time to get it over to the dealer, get my wife to ride over and back (its over an hour) and leave the car all day.

Ya'll need to be a little more laid back. I actually don't mind taking my car in. It just gives me an excuse to rag out the rental!

You've got a lot more time than I do if you don't mind wasting time running back and forth to the Mazda stealer.
