hey i'm thinking of getting the audiobahn 10" ABASS10 sub. i want to run it off the stock amp to save a little money for right now. the guy said anything but 3 and 6 ohms would work. so my question is would the amp work with this sub and would it be able to power it efficiantly? also i would need new wires and stuff to wire the sub correct?

Audiobahn is junk, plain and simple.
With that amp the sub can not be lower then a 4 ohm load once wired. Also, the factory sub is an 8 ohm sub because the amp is inverted and only power by a 10 guage power wire. If you are going to be reusing it, pull down the amp rack, remount the amp, run an 8 gauge power and ground wire to it.
Get a reputable subwoofer like a Rockford, JL, Alpine, polk, eclipse, infinity, hell even a pioneer. Stay away from alphasonic, audiobahn, and Visonik. They are all the same junk and are worse then Urban Audio Works. Aviod Sony while your at it. The funny thing is that crap subs only seem like a deal when you compare them to subs that are far superior in everyway except for audiobahns totaly fabricated ratings.
You don't save anything buy purchasing audiobahn equiptment, you just piss it away.
