help for turbo!!

Hi folks, I am planning of making a custom turbo install. I would do it at a shop specialized in making turbo setups for 4 cylinders. I just wanted what I need (turbo, intercooler,etc)and your suggestion, advices, etc.

Also, someone proposed me his used SDS EIC and I would like to know if it is good.
