I think it would almost be worthwhile to rent a car just so that you could loan them your car for the fabrication period. I'm sure the turbo kit that results from this is going to be amazing. (thumb)

The idea of a testbed car donated from a customer works great for us for several reasons. The main one is testing. The customer can test the car and give us a consumers point of view. This is very important to us.
If we can not find a testbed car by the end of next month, we will buy one for a shop car.

I'm sorry, but i wouldnt be able to give up my car for that long.If it were me, I would seriously rent a car...it would be worth it to get a MAM kit & you'd be helping the 3/6 community. Just rent the cheapest POS available. :D

I will have a 2.3l motor sitting in my garage as of next week. Would that be helpful?

I would say that would not help because he needs to have the engine in the car so he can work out the piping and ect.

You could always just use the rental car to do fab work and the base tune. Then hook up RUM with a little discount for being the first customer with it for testing. Giving up a car for that long will be kinda hard. But a shop car might be better if you have the time to really test it.

If SCT was out and they used that as there tuning, I'd might be interested. I will get just the hardware once the kits comes out.
