Aiming headlight on 2000 protege?

I could find lots of thread on aiming 2001+ style proteges..
but i can't seem to find info for 99/00 proteges..

how do you re-aim your headlight on 99/00?
mine seems a little too low..i want to push it up just a tiny bit so i can see the signs further down the road..

there should be some screws on the back of it either on top or on the sides. Look for a really long screw. Be carefull when you adjust the lights. I suggest doing it just before it's too dark to see what your doing, and do it right in front of your garage door.

Do the protege lights cross? It seems that the beams make an X in front of the car...
