head will not flip back

hi guys i was putting a/f guage in this last weekend and i disconnected my battery. now the head of my radio will not flip back. i have already pushed on the top left hand corner of the face and not a thing. i checked the fuse in the lower left hand kick panel fuse is good. now is there a nother fuse i need to check or something else i need to do. i would appreciate any help you guys can give.

did you cut power to the headunit for your A/F gauge?i took the battery out of the car so i could have room to run the wire up to the 02 sensor so i could tie it off to the stock wiring harness. i put the battery back in now the head does not flip back

you dont understand what im saying- ok you wired the O2 signal wire upto the first O2.
but the gauge needs power to function. Where did you wire the gauge power wire to?

try resetting the battery, i cant think of anything else.

i think you may have to pull the radio out and make sure you are getting power to the headunit power wire.

I've got the same problem right now as well. Sometimes I'll start the car and the face will flip down, all the lights will come on but nothing works. It's really wierd and I have not had my Kenwood head working for more then a week now. Oh well, maybe I'll have the first Protege on Pimp my Ride.
