Water Pump

Hey, my 1991 Protege no longer runs for very long. It constantly overheats, I checked my thermostat and replaced it and that didnt work.
My radiator NEVER gets hot, but my car overheats. Since no water cycles through the radiator I figure my water pump is bad.
Where exactly is the water pump in the 1st gen proteges? If it is not too hard to get to I wouldnt mind fixing that and selling the car. If I can't do it myself (at a shop) or if it requires too much work I will sell the car as is.

I was just wondering, how hard would it be to remove the pump? Also, what would need to be moved in order to access the pump?

It's a little harder than changing the timing belt since you have to take off the timing gears to get to it. I was able to do mine in the back yard. Good luck.
