Ive been trying to get my crack 2003.5 exhaust fix under warrranty for a month now. I finally won because they could think of anything else to blame the crack on. My wife went into day to look at the exhaust they got for us and it was a stock mazda protege exhaust!!!!!! it had a little crome tip on it and the dude said well that wont crack!!!!! She almost craped herself it was that funny. I was at work and when she told me I was soooo pissed. after all this crap for them to get us a stock exhaust. So I went home to get the part number for the Mazdaspeed exhaust and we get all call "ooooh we found a crome mazdaspeed exhaust here that will fit your car. I love them they soo tried to give her a stock one thinking she wouldnt know the difference. I was blessed to have a woman who knows car. It funny and sad to that my mazda dealer would try something like that after all the carp. ooooooooooh well thank goodness there was a Mazdaspeed exhaust just laying around that they found?!?!?!?! Call Mazda NA and report them....or just do so when you do the warranty repair survey Mazda sends you. Either way, do your best to make them pay for trying to screw you over. Service Depts like that are what scare people away from using dealer service.(pissed)

They do get their hands slapped, and enough comments and MNA comes and pays them a "visit." Happened to one in Bloomington, Indiana where I used to live.

Yep report it man. The guy who sold me my car was really cool, and one thing we talked about was the service department. They are pretty good, but he said if there was ever a problem to contact him so I don't have to contact Mazda NA. He seemed generally scared of them. lol

MazdaNA is da' boss...and they lay the smack down. They seem to have little tolerance for crappy dealers that soil their name, so reporting it should def get you somewhere...and it will help others out down the road, which should give you a "Disney" feeling inside. Hey Ahmed, yep I'm back again and the dealer I bought my car from was the Fredericksburg one-Bill Britt. They are pretty cool about most things it seems.

sounds like the BS dealer here in des moines. my car seems to be in there every other week for generally little problems but it always takes them 2 weeks to fix it. now when i had a major problem like i did last week...it took them OVER a month to fix it! and when they gave it back to me...it was all scratched up and my front lip was broken and the paint was gashed. i said something to them about it and they denied the entire thing. reporting them didn't do any good for me but i did it anyway.
