I'm getting a CEL it says bank 1 sensor 1 low voltage.
is it the sensor on the exaust manifold or on the down pipe?

bank one is the first sensor as in the one in the manifold.

Out of curiosity is it possible to switch the o2 sensor behind the cat with the one on the manifold? That could save you from buying a new o2 (if warranty doesn't cover it)

I concur with Aaron, I heard like the one on the mani is like around $80 and the one on the downpipe is like $250 whew! good lord.
I thought it was the second O2 and I replaced my resistor and I used the anti foulers just for peace of mind, but the light still came on and my car felt like ass and mileage dropped off about 60 miles.
by the way the code is P0131 not like I stated on the title.
