I assume by shielded chamber you mean a heat shield or enclosed filter. Theres not one out there that comes that way as a package other than the injen style cai which fits in the inner fender well. You could always make one...they're really aren't that hard to make for the short-ram style intakes.
I think Sparko or one of the authorized vendors posted an intake with a plastic cowl around the cone filter.
There are also Ractive heatshield cone filters that I think work with other intakes but I have never tried them and don't know anybody that has:

I got a local guy who's going to fabricate me one from scratch, thanks though!

Weapon-R makes a cold air box for the MP3. They used my car to make the template.

I already have an intake (Injen) but I was wondering if you could post some pics of the Weapon-R Cold Air Box. Is it actually a contained box or were they going for a different marketing approach?

It is basically a heat shield box. If you go to Weapon-r.com you can see the temp difference of the engine being 140 inside the box is 96.

Here's a pic without the top on. It draws air from the same hole that the injen CAI goes into. But it doesn't suck the dirt from inside the fender.

That looks nice, but I don't think it really has a purpose other than to look like it does I'm not a big fan of wepon-R(ice) sorry
I guess maybe if you plan on taking your fender liners off and rallying in the mud.

looks universal.....hrmm..........
It's shorter and has less bends than the Injen so it may get better velocity but I'm not sure how well it could really breathe in that box. I guess the whole at the bottom of the box is bigger than the intake pipe so it shouldn't be restrictive.

Originally I put an HKS Mega Flow on, when changed to the Wweapon-R I felt a difference at higher rpms. It is really is not as universal as it looks, because it has to be custom fitted and cut.
I was going to have a friend of mine fab one out for me, but if it's already made, do I just contact wepon-r?

Go to www.weapon-r.com and you can order it from there if I remember correctly. I was looking at the site last night and am thinking of a way to incorporate their ram-air intake with my CA setup.

It would work if you changed your filter to a Weapon-R dragon filter. The RAM air kit coversthe whole filter element. You can probably still use the Injen pipe.
