What type of headlamps does the Mazda 6 come with?

Are they projection style? And if so what are the differences between these and basic halogen reflect headlamps found on most new cars?

i was kinda hoping they were HID's but yes they do look like projection lamps

Projection lamps standard. HID optional.

Not that I've seen. Not in the N/A market anyway.
