i was looking on mazdamotorsports.com, and seen a 15lbs flywheel from the japanese mp3... i dont know what ours weighs?

It should tip the scales at just about 18lbs if I remember correctly.

Yeah, the stock flywheel should weigh at about 18 lbs. The Mazdaspeed Motorsports one is a nice option, not to light, but enough to make a little difference...

It'll be cool to see what Tom's weighs in at, thanks for weighing it for sure Tom:)

Yep, 18lbs.
I have a 9lbs fidanza. If you're gonna do it, might as well go all out and do the 9lber.
