Oki, I'm up to my second oil change pretty soon, 5000 kilometers coming up. I would like some suggestions on the best oil that I should get for my V6. Brand, and number of botles I need.

The stock oil is very good. Motorcraft 5w-20 Semi-synthetic. Its good for 4-5k mile OCI (oil change intervals) and costs 1.40/qt at wallmart. Stock filter is quite good too, Motorcraft FL-820S

If its an 04 6s, its got 6 qts of total capacity, 5.5 qt sump, 0.5 in the filter when you prefill it.

If you want to go syn, Mobil1's 0w-20 posts some fantastic UOA's, and K&N's Oil filter HP-2010 offers better flow then the stock motorcraft...of course these cost about 4-5/qt and 9 bucks for the filter...quite a bit more. German Castrol (not US blend) 0w-30 is also a good 6s oil.
