Hello,
For those of you that had your Mazda6 (V6). Could you please give me your honest feedback (without being bias) on "overall reliability". If you had a Accord (V6) or Camry (V6) in the past, is the Mazda6 (V6) you currently own better in reliablity or the same?

I'd rate them...
Mazda, Toyota, Honda.
Honda's had a hell of a crappy time lately with reliability...Most of their "reknown" is from the 80's and early 90's. Lately they've been riddled with all sorts of problems involving transmissions...including the Acura's.
The 03 6's had some problems, but thats normal with a new car...technically though, the mazda 3's are beating the 6's in sheer volume of TSB's and MRI's right now, and they're produced in japan and have been out half the time!
I don't know much about toyota's other then they generally produce car's that put the drivers to sleep. Very boring, very bleh.

transmission problems with honda usually are only in the automatics. Their manual transmissions are practically bulletproof. But even so, I probably wouldn't buy a honda or a toyota.. they are just too boring. I thought about a tsx for a while but the mazda 6 gives you more bang for the buck that you can't find in a tsx camry or accord.
