As you all know Ive had to use the roadside ass. Well anyway when they towed my car to mazda the next day I went to the dealer ship and noticed some some dents in my bumper!!!! So I call the roadside hotline and complain. So they send out someone about two weeks later to investigate, well they say the tow truck didnt cause it. So I call the dealer ship and complain, of coarse they say they didny cause it either!!!!! They towed the car from the rear and ironically thats where the dents are, there small but shit there still dents. So what should I do! My deductible is 500. But I want JUSTICE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ask to speak to a manager and if you're positive it was them, I'd get a lawyer. Of course that'll cost you more than ur deductible :(

We should all write a disclaimer for ourselves that whenever we bring are cars in for service or have it towed, we make the person responsible acknoledge and sign that the car is in perfect condition with nothing on it. And if anything is found we will screw your ass for the repairs.

Freakin' bummer -- A towing company busted one of the fog lights towing my wife's Golf a couple of years ago (VW -- say no more...) and it took weeks of harassing the sorry losers before they grudgingly bought a replacement lens. Hey -- F-you Lyons Towing!

I say, take it out in trade. Get the name of the company that did the tow, then call the weasels out to some ficticious job that will require them to drive the biggest rig they have for two hours into some sorry ass no man's land.

Just as they pull up, start up your engine and say, "looks ok, man -- thanks anyhow!"...

..then drive fast...
