Anyone selling motor mounts?? My front one is totally kapoot.. and the others are not well either.
Im looking to get rid of the annoying vibration in idle.. especially on reverse..
is the front one gonna make a big difference? or do i have to change all 4?
those pieces of rubber are expensive and ive got almost 259,220 on it
another thing.. squeaking coming from the left wheel...on bumps and gravel.. im told my left strut is leaking..
how expensive is this to fix, does anyone have this part, or whats the best place to get one cheap??

you can either go to the dealer, or try and fill yours with polyeurethane. and your squeak might also be just a strut mount.
filling the mounts with poly makes them stiffer right? In turn that makes the car vibrate more b/c of the more solid mounts, correct?
IMO buy mounts either from a decent looking car at a j/y or new ones from the dealer, and see if that helps the vibration.

thats the point ;) teh less vibration, less loss of power through the engine twisting...goodness all around

I got my front, left, and right mount replaced.. from a 91 mazda with like 35,000km less..
its a bit better but the vibration is still there.. Especialy in reverse. Its teh rear one that is the worst.. im probably getting a Awr Mt mount that was never installed for like 70 bucks..
will this help?? or how do u fill in your mounts with polyurethane??
i cant stand the steering wheel shaking and anything in my cupholders making noise everytime im idling.
U can use the motor mounts for the Ford Escort on here:

A couple said the rear mount dont fit... BUt a couple said they fit perfectly.. So those would be your best bet..
