95 Protege scan tool question

Anyone know which scan tool works for diagnosing the check engine light on a 95 Protege? Apparently, only 96 and newer cars are OBD-2 compliant.

autozone should be able to read the codes for you

Not if they have the obd -2 machine.

the orangish machine can't read my 96 BP ecu...

you may have to go to the dealer.
