side skirt clips

anyone know where i can get these. . .the damn dealer can't find the part number or whatever for them. but i don't wanna ghetto install them either. i need these to go back to stock

Have you tried more than 1 dealer? Some are more willing to help than others. Maybe mazdastuff.com can help. Other than that you could try junk yards (car-parts.com) or just buy new side skirts (expensive). Other than the above, I dunno. Good luck though!

they body kit is probably going to find a better home. . .. . . . .i just can't deal with it for daily driving and would hate to totally ahnaillate it

The clips you would need are qty 10 of ka80-51-re5a and qty 18 of g18k-51-sjc. The amount of clips listed would be to do both sides so 5 and 9 per side respectively.

no problem man. if you dont need them all just take those numbers to the parts guys and they can punch them in so it will bring the picture up. Then hopefully they can show you which are which and where they go on the skirts.

Old thread I know, but I broke the side skirt off my car and needed the part numbers.

FYI, the 2nd part number is g18k-51-sj3 (not sjc) per my local dealer. Dem puppies are about $3.75 each! (omg)

Unfotunately it is. But they are a bit cheaper through the sponsor Mazda dealers listed on this site. I needed 7 of one clip and 5 of the other and even with shipping added on, both sites were $7 cheaper than the local dealers, and that didn't include tax.

I bought mine from Tonkin Mazda (who used to be a sponsor here... hmm) but they were the same price at OnlineMazdaParts.com who are still a sponsor. I just picked Tonkin because they were physically closer to me. I saved quite a bit ordering through them vs. my local dealer.

Hell, screw mazda. My dealers here wanted 5 dollars a peace for these damn clips. I did some searching and found these guy

that said he had them for 2.20-2.30 for the clips, which by the way is a great price. But the machinest in me still thought that was too much. I call a couple of dealers and asked what they thought. One guy helped me out and gave me 2 snaps and the number to his wholeseller. I ended up buying 30 clips form him for 6 dollars!!!!!(shocked)
I also got the rear install kit form my dealer for 30. They wanted 40 but gave me a break on it.

So in all I started out having to pay 184.00 + tax, but with a little work got everything for 36+tax!!!(first)
