2004 mazda 6/ 2.3l injen cold air intake

have any of you that installed the CAI on the 2.3 have a problem with a buster ass check engien light coming on ? auto zone can't tell me
nothin because they dont have an updated computer to read 2004.

But the car runs great regardless of the bullshit light.

lol man the only way your going to run an intake with out a check engine light then is probably the CPE intake somepeople with a 6i get the CEL some dont. I am one of the rare ones I got the intake when it first got released like that day and I have yet to get a CEL

Yeah, lots of the V6's had a problem with the check engine light when they installed the Injen intake. I bought the CPE unit to prevent that and have not had a CEL yet since i installed my Injen. Had it on for about 2-3 months now. I didn't install mine until i got the CPE unit for that very reason, I hate CEL's! (pissed)
