I seem to remember him promising a public statement if he was wrong. Seems that all of the tools stating that another Mazdaspeed vehicle was not going to happen are hiding now.

Yeah, he seems to have abandoned this board all together. He still posts on a couple of others, but this one is where most of the heat will be for him (gun)

I understand the sceptisism buy some because there are a lot of bullshitters on the Internet, but I stated that I had seen the official Mazda Canada documents on this vehicle.....specs, production dates, the whole nine yards. I was called an outright lier by some. Only trying to keep fellow car guys informed and I get blasted for it.

Anyway this thread directed at crossbow was in fun, he wasn't a dink like some others were.

Actually I was away, you know, trying to get products made for the car. Doing research, helping write how-to articles, helping find and solve issues with the car...etc etc.

I said if there was going to be one, it would be a 06 model. Guess what, its an 2006 model and won't be avail till next summer. So would you like me to pass the bowl? :)

Not sure about the U.S., but it will be in showrooms in Canada in March not summer time.(enguard) (wiggle)

Well I can't speak for Canada, cause I don't live there. All I know is that its an 06, and will hit US dealerships in early-mid summer 05.

Honestly considering most of Mazda-Canada's issues, I wouldn't be surprised if it ends up releasing "later" in Canada in the US, regardless of what your hearing right now...but then I don't deal with Mazda Canada, I just hear horror stories.
