Infiniti should just drop in the 4.5L V8 from the Q45 and M45. Rated at 340hp and 333lb-ft. This car would be able to play with the BMW M3 and Audi S4. The FX45 has that same engine which is based on the FM chassis just like the next M45 and G35.

actually i believe ps < hp

not by much, but it is. take for example the fs-de is rated at 170 ps, that translates into about 167 hp.

i didnt find any conversion tool for ps and hp but i saw that in the recent MAzdaspeed6 thread. They say it has 260ps/hp and that ps is what japanese use to indicate power.

So looks like there's is a small difference afterall =)
