Well for a while now the debate has been going back and forth as to which is the better system...below I've attached a link that answers these questions directly...basically it all depends on application as you'll see in the Q and A section...the majority of you might already know this but I though perhaps it would help explain a little better to those who dont exactly understand the 2 systems...at any rate hopefully this info will be of some use to a few of you on the boards...
