Did you hav to modify the bumper to get that in there? I can't imagine it fitting without doing to cutting.

He definately trimmed the bumper support, as it sits a little below the bumper's opening.

I would say the entire bumper reinforcement had to come out. If he cut it, it is probably so reduced that it is practically worthless.

It's not hard to find an eBay vendor with a 26X6X3 inch core or similar (I believe that's a good size, but don't quote me). They seem to have every dimensional variation possible.

Jesus you guys are fast..lol, I am trying to put together a complete how-to on this. Trust me I am rushing this..and yes I recieved the intercooler from jrpr1 from ebay... excellent service. The giant hole is from where my dg motorsports grill once was...I got into a accident a while back.

I did trim the crash bar, I remove one of the two cubes, I also made 2 brackets for support. I went to lowe's and got sheets of ss and bent as required. I am in the process of making two more as we speak..and like I said full install info will be up by the end of the weekend, along with pictures of bumper off, tubing and what will have to be cut.

thats a big f*#@king core.mine is 26x9x2.5,fits beutifuly a 3 inch core was just too thick.
