I just put it in and bled brakes. Whole thing took maybe an hour. It's a pretty good mod for $24. Clutch pedal is much smoother, which makes the shifting process a bit easier. (cool) Just thought I'd let you know.

I was going to do the brake lines at the same time to save some trouble, but bills come first, so that's going to go in next week if the dealership can ever figure out why my brakes are creaking... Is the procedure for bleeding brakes after the brake lines are replaced any different from when the clutch line is replaced?

I just bled until bubbles stopped coming out and replaced the lost fluid with Mazda OEM. When I go with the brake lines themselves, I'll get some ATE superblue.

I got mine from Corksport. I also have the clutch line from them. As well as some super blue fluid, but im waiting to put them on till my rotorworks rotors get here, then i will also put on the full set of bobcats ...I can't wait :)

Where'd you get the superblue??? Do you think it'll make a decent gain over OEM fluid?

It does make a difference. They might meet the same DOT requirements, but Superblue exceeds them.

With a dry boil point of 536º F and a wet boil point of 392º F ATE easily exceeds the requirements of DOT 4 (D 414º, W 279º).
