WTB 15" wheels for snow tread

Exactly what the title says... i want 15" wheels and no i dont want steelies. i have a 03' Protege with a 4x100 bolt pattern. I am looking to trade my unpainted, brand new Wings West front bumper for a set. If tires are mounted, i want snow tires, other than that no tires at all, cut down on shipping cost. So get back to me with whatcha got.
