WOW...sounds crazy!
As for the MBC, I have had no problems with JoeP's.
My dealer didn't care about having the Turbohoses IC pipes, so I don't think it's a big deal. They didn't care about the Apex DP either.
Good Luck,
Ryan

I can def. say that you SHOULD NOT replace your stock brake pads with OEM pads if that's the problem with your brakes. They're not too rotor friendly. Get the Carbotech Bobcats, best pads ever!

i would wait for the stock pipe to come back before you ven think about going to mazda dealer, they're very nit picky... and now instead of going to mazda you should get a WW front bumper, they're deh sex. should match up wioth the stock sides too if i'm not mistaken, and MIGHT be cheaper then the one fro mazda... be sure to check wit mazda first (probably would be best by phone)

On #3, if your brakes are shot, they won't be covered under warranty if you have over 12k miles, so don't waste the money on stock pads and/or rotors. (see the group buy on the rotorworks kit, that's what I bought). And #4 have the girl's old man's insurance co. take care of you. Good Luck!

i wouldnt worry about the warranty because my guy at mazda said they'll only void your warranty if they can directly relate the questionable part (in your case the pipe) with the bad part..(brakes)

Brakes will probably be covered and no single dealership can VOID your warranty. They can only deny honoring it if they have a semi-vaild reason... even then it's not right. Mazda is the only body that can actually void your warranty. I think you mentioned in an earlier thread that you're in South Florida. If you're anywhere near Davie, Gunther Mazda is great. I've got an I/C sprayer, CAI and mid-pipe and I've been there a couple times for warranty work. They haven't said a thing about my mods. Marlin Mazda is pretty cool, too. Gunther's Service Advisor is a good guy that seems to know a lot about our cars.

This is a VERY valid point. All dealerships are *not* the same when it comes to warranty. Please use your head.
