looks good. The intake system looks questionable though...

I kinda like it, but the blazing yellow mica paint job would be a pain in the ass to get right.

it looks like it wouldn't do shit, honestly.
not to mention that 90% of this board has either a cai or a sri, so its really pointless anyways.

what would make the blazing yellow any harder than another color? just curious...

its a 3 stage I believe, just like the spicy orange...although I dont think it would be as difficult to match as Spicy orange...

what would make the blazing yellow any harder than another color? just curious...As ProtegeV said, it's a 3-stage paint, just like spicy. One layer of base yellow, one layer of pink-pearlescent, and one layer of clear. It's a bitch to get right. When I had my car repaired, they had to spray it five times to get it to match..

yep, it is a bitch...everything has to be just right and instead of one color coat to match you have two which makes it trickier.
damn, 5 times? that must have cost them a lot of money...

Yeah, well the problem was that they were trying to match it themselves at first, with just one stage. They finally figured out they couldn't do that. They then called mazda and ordered a "paint-pack", which includes three separate cans with the different colors. Then it went on OK. But apparantly, it's almost impossible to match in just one step.

no, he's saying that in order to paint the hood, it would be hard for them to colormatch the hood to the rest of the car.
