Maybe b/c some people don't ever get snow?
I live in florida and always ride around on "summer" tires.

Interesting looking wheel, can you give us some info on brand wheel size, etc.

Hi, so they are my summer wheels because here in quebec for about 5 damn months we got snow! They are 17'' fastwheels mounted on 215/45/17. I really feel a huge improvement on the handling. I hesitated a lot before buying my new wheels cause you never know what it will really looks like before you mounted them on you car...Im totally satisfied by the way
