Anyone find a good place for running a 4 guage wire through the firewall? My Honda's always had an unused grommet that I could just poke a hole through but I can't find one on my 3.

There is a vary large grommet behind the glove box. You should be able to see it easily from under the hood.

My P5 has one right by the steering column that sends wires to the fuse box. The grommet was was big enough for me to cut a second hole in it for my 4ga wire.

Is it the huge one that already has a bunch of wres going through it or is it empty? Also, any suggestions as far as removing the plastic covers just inside the door that are on top of the rocker panels? I'd like to avoid breaking any clips.

It is the huge one with wires already going through it. You can cut a hole in the rubber between the wires that are there and the edge of the grommet. Works great, thats were I ran mine. The plastic covers come off very easy and you shouldn't have any problem with the clips, I took mine on and off a few times and never broke any. Just slide your fingers under and pull up.
