Few years back my friends' parents had an Lexus ES300..
My friend used to take me on a ride with it..
and the ES300 had a SWEEET white gauge lights..It was so nice.

Now i know my protty isn't a damn lexus..
but would there be a way to change our stock green gauge lights into white?
I like the black face - white dials i see during daytime..
I want to see that in night too...
and i don't want to get an aftermarket gauge faces..i like my gauges stock..(it has Kilometres as main numbers!!! Long Live Metric! (lol2) )
plus i haven't seen any aftermarket guage that has white lights..all either blue/green/red.

Sure its possible. All you gotta do is take the cluster apart, change the bulbs (LEDs? not sure) to white ones and take off the green tape that makes the lighting more GREENER. Eh, That would look waay to plain for my taste tho. I hope this helps.

that would look very VERY ghetto. you need some x3n0n bulbs, yo.

no but really that toyota lighting is either LED or florecent, the regular bulbs we have can not match the brightness or intensity of those. i am not sure how a toyota cluster is built but i dont think we can touch it.

Its possible..you'll just need to take your wallet, and light it on fire...if you hold your flaming money really close to the cluster, it will look white.

I've heard of a bunch of horror stories of people breaking off their needles.

I would LOVE to have indiglo gauges, but I am way too afraid of screwing them up........

Any advice?
