i wasn't sure about this one since I have seemed to see mixed feelings but do you say block the pipe where the BPV used to connect on the intake or leave it open? If block it, what do you recommend as the blocker...thanks

oh yeah, it seems that my car runs much more rich when its closed off... should i just throw a filter on it and leave it open or is it better closed?

well to be honest i wasn't really reading what i typed...anyways..... simply put I'm not going to be able to run the dual setup until I am back home for thanksgiving break where I can get a weld done so for now should I block/plug the small pipe on my injen that used to have the BPV recirc'ing to it or leave it open?

Block it totally, no filter. You will need to get some hose, a clamp, and a plumbing plug.

it seems that my car is running richer when its blocked off as compared to when its open or would that just be my poor 'quick job to test it' block off methods

it also seems to bog when shifting around 4500 rpm or so... usually in 3rd gear when the intake is blocked off...i'm going to go see if i can find a shop that can just make a weld for the dual setup tomorrow. where should i go, a custom muffler shop or what should I look for. I went to a welding place today and they needed me to get an aluminum nipple that i sure as hell couldn't find anywhere so any idea where i could get the nipple that would fit the BPV hose or where i should go to get the nipple done
