Wanted: New Bumper

So, I was backing out of Starbucks tonight and I bumped into the brick wall behind me ... It's not too bad, but there are some deep cuts in the bumper ...


I think that an auto body shop can just fill it in and repaint it, but I was wondering what something like taht would cost me and if it's just better to get a new bumper ... Please advise because I don't want to wait - it's a definite eyesore ...

ill have my black mica bumper up for sale here pretty soon off my lx...going to get a body kit so wont need it anymore. A shop will charge you to fill it and repaint it.....paint isnt cheap so you might be looking at spending some cash....but PM me if your interested

i run a body shop in houston, just got a protege in with back bumper damage. replace with an OEM is around 520 with paint, replace with aftermarket is 444, and repair varies on how much time is needed. if it's just a few cuts probably around 350-400.

That's about what the cost was when I got rear-ended 5months ago. Had to have a whole new rear bumper put on...
