Noise from Turbo cause of CAI?

i have this problem with my 03 msp. there is a noise coming from the engine when i am just crusing. i dont hear it when i am accelerating as well as braking. it sounds like a ticking / clicking. i also felt (litterally felt as well as hear) this horrible noise when i turn. so for the hell of it i checked my lugs. low and be hold they were loose on the front left wheel. so i tightened them and most of the noise was gone. well the really horrible sounding noise was gone. after part of the noise was solved i still had the other ticking problem. so of course i take it in to mazda. (chair) the have had it for about 1 1/2 days. today i talk to them and they say that the ticking / clicking is from the turbo and the injen cold air intake i installed is causing this. could this be true or is mazda trying to cop out of paying for something that just ended up happening?
if anyone has had this problem or has any knowledge regarding this please share cause i dont want to be screwed by mazda.

yeah, go look at the "what am I hearing" thread.
take your injen off and go to them so they can find out.A lot of people here will be damn greatful.even the P5 guys have had this problem,so no it's not the damn turbo.

yup take it in & cross your fingers in hope they will fix your problem, but dont hold your breath

i like your car ^^^^^^ mine looks a lot like it. and thanks but i just got back from talking to them and they thought the problem was the turkey that they hear. since you can barely hear it stock they thought that that was the problem.
