Brakes

hi everyone just got back from the dealer today with my 2002 mp5 i have 30,000 kms on it and the rear pads are completly shot, went for my 24,000k check and they said everything looked great, they did repair my hand brake light that was always on that day and ever since that day i was always getting a whistle from the right rear wheel. just wondering if everyone else had to replace brakes that often. thks

Nope..mine's at 52000kms and I'm around 35% right now for pads.

my '02 p5 is 60,400 miles and finally have to replace the rears soon. front's are still good tho :)

As I stated below I am still running my original at 83.5K.....but who uses brakes! (naughty)

Oh wait, maybe that's just me.

handbrake light always on happened to me too.... just unplug and replug the relay and it'll fix itself...
