NO!
spend the money letting your car breath (intake, knock out your cats, mil eliminators, and custom exhaust). these things are close to worthless.

I've done all of that already.

I've researched these for a number of different vehicles and have yet to see one make a difference on small car. The manufacturer will claim numbers but actual dyno results are scarce. they do seem to help 90's trucks a fair amount, though they might just be bumping the ignition up as much as possible. I tried a stage 2 Jet chip on my 4.7l Dakota, with intake, exhaust, etc mods, and it made no noticeable difference. That's just my take though!

No don't bother. I think these chips only work at partial throttle. WOT, and you're SOL.

I've seen these before and have never heard anything good about them, in fact I've heard some scary things about them. These chips basically intercept the signals from the mass airflow sensor and possibly other sensors and alter the voltage to fool your cars ECU into thinking the conditions are different. They are not tuned to specific modifications you may have made, and they don't offer any way to tune them yourself.

If you want to get chipped, go to a reputable outfit the works with these cars a lot and have them put your car up on the dyno, with a wideband O2 sensor and custom design a chip for your specific needs. It will cost a lot more, but the results will be much better and the chances of harming your car will be greatly reduced.
